What You’ll Do

As a Sales Planner, you’ll manage a dedicated book of business and play a key role in the sales planning journey — from RFP and proposal development through order entry, campaign execution, optimization, and billing support.





Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage the RFP process from proposal generation through order entry

• Partner with Sales and Revenue Management on packaging, pricing, and rate-card strategies

• Maintain and manage the sales pipeline in collaboration with Sales

• Handle budget revisions, including incremental spend, optimizations, makegoods, and cancellations

• Collaborate with Ad Operations, Inventory Analytics, Streaming Solutions, and Measurement Solutions to deliver client-focused solutions

• Partner with Ad Operations to maximize campaign delivery against contracted goals and address reporting requirements

• Work closely with Finance to support accurate and timely billing

• Build strong relationships with agency contacts and respond effectively to RFP deliverables and ad hoc requests

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the pre-sales experience
