Summary:
The Cybersecurity Business Intelligence & Analytics Lead is responsible for driving cybersecurity reporting, business analysis, dashboard development, data visualization, and reporting automation across the Cybersecurity organization.
This role serves as the central point for transforming cybersecurity data into meaningful management insights, executive reporting, KPI/KRI frameworks, and data-driven decision support.
The individual will partner closely with cybersecurity leaders to understand reporting requirements, develop analytics solutions, and provide visibility into operational performance, cyber risk, organizational priorities, strategic initiatives, and transformation activities.
The role requires close partnership with the Cybersecurity Governance Lead to ensure relevant, accurate, and timely data is available to support governance processes, executive reporting, leadership decision-making, and organizational performance management.
Success in this role requires demonstrated experience in business analysis, dashboard development, reporting automation, executive reporting, and cybersecurity metrics. Exceptional attention to detail is critical, as the accuracy, consistency, and quality of management information directly impacts leadership decisions and organizational credibility.
