The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the company’s business strategy. Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the administration of and compliance with all aspects of franchise development, franchise agreements, and franchise disclosure requirements.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team to achieve operational goals, productivity targets, and quality standards.
- Provide day-to-day guidance,



support, and direction to team members while fostering a cooperative and accountable work environment.
- Monitor team performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide timely feedback and coaching.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to support continuous learning and development.
- Ensure adherence to established processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), compliance requirements, and service-level expectations.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for operational issues and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
