Company Description Divsoft Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is a technology-focused company based in Kolkata, We are seeking results-driven 4 to 6 years’ experience professionals in the domain of AI/ML based Digital Transformation and Safety Surveillance video analytics products and solutions to independently build and grow the pan India basis business development. This role is fully market-oriented, commercial & industrial (C&I;), DSS projects, and channel distribution business. You will be responsible for end-customer development, distributor partnership construction, project negotiation, full-cycle sales closing, and long-term market layout, driving sustainable revenue growth and brand penetration in the Indian Digital Transformation and Safety, Surveillance market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Development & Sales Target Achievement

Independently formulate state and central AI/ML based Digital Transformation market sales strategies and annual work plans, complete annual and quarterly sales targets. Conduct in-depth market research, capture industry policy trends, market demand,



and competitor dynamics, and output regular market analysis reports to support company’s business development strategies.

2. Customer & Channel System Construction

Develop and maintain multi-type core customers including steel, mining, oil & gas, cement industries, in state, central public and private sectors and system integrators. Recruit, develop, and manage regional distributors and dealers, build a reliable, high-quality local sales channel network, provide partner training, operation guidance and incentive management, and improve channel coverage and profitability.

3. Full-cycle Project Sales & Negotiation

Responsible for whole-process follow-up of Digital Transformation projects including demand communication, technical bridging with the Kolkata R&D;, business negotiation, quotation bidding, contract signing, payment tracking and delivery coordination. Cooperate with internal technic
