Role Description

The Junior Architect will work full time at the Mumbai office, supporting senior team members across architectural design, statutory approvals, liaisoning, project coordination and execution for projects in Mumbai, MMR and across Maharashtra.





The role will include preparing concept designs, schematic layouts, presentation drawings, working drawings, construction documentation, 2D/3D presentations and statutory submission drawings. The candidate will coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, clients and other project stakeholders, while maintaining project schedules, drawings, approval records and documentation.

A significant part of the role will involve liaisoning and statutory approval coordination, including:
- Preparation and coordination of municipal / authority submission drawings, forms, area statements, checklists and approval documentation.
- Understanding and application of relevant DCPR, UDCPR, Development Plans, Regional Plans, planning regulations, building bye-laws and approval procedures.
- Assisting with proposals and approvals before authorities such as MCGM/BMC, MHADA, MMRDA, SRA, MIDC, PMRDA, CIDCO/NAIN
