NWhat You Will Do:

- Lead Management &Conversion;: Professionally handle both inbound and outbound sales calls, understand prospective customer requirements, and convert qualified leads into customers through a consultative selling approach. You will also maintain regular follow-ups with warm leads and prospects. N
- Customer Engagement: Clearly explain SilverGenie care offerings, packages, and services, build long-term customer relationships and trust, coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding,



and resolve customer queries with timely support. N
- CRM & Reporting: Update lead status and customer interactions in our CRM, maintain a daily follow-up tracker and sales pipeline, generate conversion reports and sales MIS, and ensure proper customer data management and documentation. N
- Business Development: Support lead closures driven by campaigns, coordinate with the partnerships and digital marketing teams, and participate in customer outreach initiatives, webinars, and promotional activities. N
