nRole Overview

nAs our Social Media Manager based in Dehradun, you will own the digital presence of Virajya Luxury Salon across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. You will be responsible for creating high-aesthetic visual content, managing our online community, and executing digital campaigns that elevate our brand prestige, drive local bookings, and showcase our pan-India standards.

nKey Responsibilities
n

nContent Creation & Aesthetics: Shoot, edit, and curate stunning, high-resolution photography, Reels, and videos showcasing our luxury hair transformations, bridal styling, skin treatments, and sophisticated salon ambiance.




nStrategy & Planning: Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with luxury beauty trends, festive seasons, and pan-India brand campaigns.
nCommunity Engagement: Act as the digital voice of Virajya—promptly responding to DMs and comments, nurturing client relationships, and fostering an engaged community.
nPaid Social & Growth: Collaborate with management to run targeted social media ad campaigns (Meta Ads) to drive local footfall and luxury service bookings in Dehradun.
nInfluencer Relations: Coordinate with regional lifestyle and beauty influencers, bloggers, and VIP clients for collaborations and brand partnerships.
nAnalytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (engagement rate, follower growth, reach, and conversion to bookings) and present monthly growth insights.
