Role Objective:
Own lead generation, qualification, and deal closure. Drive monthly revenue through structured outreach, consistent pipeline building, and disciplined follow-ups.
The primary objective of this role is to drive lead generation, qualification, and deal closure while contributing directly to the company's revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a solid sales pipeline through structured outreach, maintaining consistent follow-ups, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage qualified prospects through LinkedIn,



Instagram, WhatsApp, Upwork, referrals, cold databases, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct targeted outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through continuous prospecting efforts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities within the CRM.
- Track lead stages, schedule follow-ups, and ensure no opportunities are missed.
- Maintain complete CRM hygiene with timely updates and documentation.
- Collaborate with the delivery and account management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Facilitate a smooth transition from sales to execution by providing complete project requirements and client expectations.
- Achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets through structured sales activities.
- Consistently contribute towards business growth by maintaining a predictable and scalable sales process.
