What You'll Do
- Serve as a strategic Talent Acquisition advisor/Talent Strategist for hiring team and manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, and selection of candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring partners to understand hiring needs and develop targeted, effective hiring strategies.
- Source and engage top engineering talent through advanced methods including headhunting, talent mapping, market research, networking,



and social media — with a focus on passive and niche candidate profiles.
- Build and maintain diverse, inclusive talent pipelines that support GE Vernova's broader talent objectives.
- Deliver regular reporting and trend analysis to stakeholders, translating recruitment data into transparent, actionable insights that drive smarter hiring decisions.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint, from first contact through onboarding, representing GE Vernova's employer brand with clarity and conviction.
- Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives in partnership with the Talent Attraction team.
