PREP (Preparation) • Attend all grooming checks and visual merchandising activities. • Set up trial rooms and client spaces under Senior Stylist's guidance. • Learn about assigned clients by reading brief notes and observing seniors. PROCESS (Operations) • Assist during CCS stages: client hosting, trial organization, product movement. • Begin independently handling standard clients with straightforward styling needs. • Maintain studio lifestyle, grooming presence, and service etiquette throughout client visits. POST (Results) • Submit basic client service notes to Senior or Catalyst post-trial. • Participate in daily reflections: what went right, where improvements needed. • Show readiness for growth into Senior Stylist role by taking ownership on-floor.
