Key Responsibilities & Expertise
Robust expertise in HR compliance and employment laws applicable across India. Manage employment law, statutory compliance, and HR risk management. Develop, review, and implement HR policies and processes. Conduct and oversee HR compliance audits and ensure timely corrective actions. Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace investigations. Provide guidance to management on HR legal matters and compliance risks.



Ensure HR practices are aligned with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Candidate Profile
10+ years of relevant experience in HR compliance, employee relations, and employment law. LLB + MBA is mandatory. Strong knowledge of Indian employment laws and HR compliance. Proven experience in policy development, compliance audits, employee relations, and investigations. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
