Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, US/UK Payroll and Fast Formula .
The candidate should have robust functional knowledge along with hands-on configuration, troubleshooting and production-support experience. Big 4 MNC experience is mandatory .

Key Responsibilities
- Configure, support and troubleshoot Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll .




- Work on US and/or UK Payroll processes and configurations.
- Develop, maintain and troubleshoot Fast Formula .
- Translate business requirements into Oracle HCM functional solutions.
- Analyze and resolve functional Payroll issues.
- Support testing, implementation, deployment and post-production activities.
- Participate in requirement gathering and client/stakeholder discussions.
- Coordinate with technical teams on integrations and functional requirements.
- Prepare functional documentation and support knowledge
