Job Description
We're hiring a Civil AutoCAD Trainer to design and deliver training programs for our civil engineering and design teams. You'll work closely with our technical leadership to build training content, run hands-on sessions, and help engineers strengthen their AutoCAD and civil drafting capabilities — from fundamentals to advanced workflows used on live global projects. Key Responsibilities Design, structure, and deliver AutoCAD (2D/Civil 3D) training modules for civil engineering teams Customize training content based on project needs — site layout, land development, RCC/structural detailing, drafting standards Conduct hands-on workshops, assessments, and skill-gap evaluations Collaborate with technical/project teams to align training with real project requirements and international drafting standards Track trainee progress and report on training effectiveness (KRAs to be shared) Stay current with AutoCAD updates, Civil 3D features,



and industry-standard drafting practices Requirements 3+ years of experience in Civil AutoCAD training or civil design/drafting with training responsibilities Solid command of AutoCAD (2D essential; Civil 3D preferred) Prior exposure to global/international projects is a strong plus (US, UK, GCC, or similar) Excellent communication and presentation skills — ability to simplify technical concepts for varied experience levels Autodesk Authorized Instructor certification is a plus, not mandatory Based in or willing to relocate to Pune What We Offer Opportunity to shape training curriculum for a growing engineering services team Exposure to global AEC project standards and workflows Collaborative environment working directly with technical leadership
