Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can take ownership of visual design across YouTube, social media, branding, and marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have a strong creative eye, excellent understanding of digital content, and the ability to transform ideas, scripts, and briefs into high-impact visuals that drive engagement .

Key Responsibilities
- Design high-performing YouTube thumbnails with a robust focus on CTR and audience engagement.
- Create engaging social media posts, carousel designs, reel covers, and campaign creatives .
- Develop creative visuals for branding, marketing, and promotional campaigns.
- Translate scripts, concepts, and content ideas into compelling visual designs.
- Maintain strong visual consistency across all brand communication.




- Take ownership of design projects from concept to final delivery.
- Collaborate with content, social media, and marketing teams to understand creative requirements.
- Explore new design trends, formats, and visual approaches to improve content performance.
- Deliver high-quality designs within defined timelines.
- Review and refine creatives based on feedback and performance insights.

Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design or a related creative role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva , or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, hierarchy, and visual storytelling .
- Proven experience designing for YouTube and social media platforms .
- Strong understanding of thumbnail design, audience psychology, and CTR-driven creative thinking.
