About the Role
nWe are looking for a hands-on Sr. Quick Commerce Marketplace Media Buyer with robust experience managing and scaling brands across Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
nThe role requires end-to-end ownership of Q-commerce business performance, including backend operations, catalog management, inventory and availability, pricing, promotions, visibility, advertising, and revenue growth.
nWe are looking for someone who can identify what is limiting growth, solve platform-level issues, optimize performance, and scale the business while maintaining healthy profitability and ROI.
nKey Responsibilities
nManage brand accounts across Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart
nHandle platform backend operations including:

- Product listings and catalog managementn
- Product mapping and activationn
- Pricing, MRP, promotions, and offersn
- Inventory and stock availabilityn
- Dark store/warehouse availabilityn
- Product visibility, attributes, and contentn
- Platform-level issues and escalationsn





nCoordinate with platform/category/account managers to resolve operational issues quickly
nPlan, launch, manage, and optimize Q-commerce advertising campaigns
nMonitor and improve key metrics including ROAS, ROI, ACOS, revenue, orders, conversion rate, CPC/CPM, and ad spend
nIdentify high-performing products, categories, and campaigns and scale them efficiently
nImprove both organic and paid visibility
nDevelop strategies around pricing, promotions, availability, advertising, and assortment
nBuild city/store-level strategies based on demand and inventory availability
nIdentify reasons behind revenue drops, stock-outs, declining visibility, poor conversion, or inefficient ad spend
nAnalyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance and create actionable growth plans
nWork closely with internal operations, catalog, creative, inventory, and performance teams
nTake complete ownership of business growth while maintaining profitability
