Role: Sales Enablement

Experience : 8-10 Years

The Sales Enablement professional will support business growth and strategic execution. The role brings together sales support, sales & pre-sales coordination, commercial preparation, business planning, market intelligence, legal & finance coordination and sales enablement content to strengthen existing geographies and support expansion into new markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Support business enhancement initiatives in existing geographies and business development efforts in markets targeted for expansion.
- Coordinate sales support activities, including commercial preparation, proposal inputs, and internal follow-ups.
- Contribute to RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses by coordinating inputs, structuring content, and supporting timely submissions.
- Participate in solutioning, product fitment discussions, prospect demonstrations, and preparation of demonstration assets.
- Prepare and monitor business plans, checkpoints, sales calendars, commitments, and agreed action items.
- Conduct secondary market research,



competitor analysis, and opportunity assessment to support strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to the creation of new strategies and niche offerings aligned with market and customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement resources, including presentations, demonstration materials, and marketing collateral.
- Support marking activities and other market engagement initiatives in coordination with sales, pre-sales, product, and marketing stakeholders.

Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to understand products and platforms and help shape solutions around customer requirements.
- Working knowledge of commercial preparation, pricing concepts, and basic financial analysis.
