NManaging large-scale 24x7global network operations
NLeading geographically distributed, multidisciplinary teams
NManaging AVP / VP / CXO-level customer relationships and escalations
NDriving network transformation and modernization programs
NDelivering measurable improvements in MTTR, productivity, reliability, cost and customer experience
NBuilding automation and AIOps-led operational models
NManaging complex multi-vendor telecom and enterprise network environments
NStrong understanding of IP, MPLS, VPN, SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routing, switching and cloud connectivity
NDriving governance, service quality and commercial outcomes
