NRole Overview:
NThe Research Analyst willsupport investment sourcing, evaluation, documentation, execution, and post-investment operations.
NThe role involves collecting and evaluating investment proposals, conducting business and market research, preparing investor-ready pitch materials, coordinating with promoters, investors, and external service providers, and maintaining proper investment records and documentation.
NCandidates with additional experience in investment operations, post-investment activities, record management, reporting, or portfolio coordination will be preferred.

- Collect, screen, and organize investment proposals across sectors. N
- Analyze business models, financials, market data, and company information to support investment evaluation. N




- Prepare investment teasers, pitch decks, and detailed investment memoranda. N
- Coordinate with external vendors such as valuers, merchant bankers, legal advisors, and database providers. N
- Liaise with promoters/owners to obtain business, financial, and operational information. N
- Schedule and coordinateone-to-one meetings and video calls between promoter teams and investors. N
- Maintain meeting calendars, minutes of meetings, and track deal progress. N
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with promoters and investors. N
- Maintain an organized database of proposals, contacts, and deal progress. N
- Support senior team members in deal execution and investor communication. N
- Maintain post-investment records, documentation, reports, and operational updates. N
