- Key Responsibilities N
- Manage calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence. N
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports. N
- Prepare presentations for Board, Management Committee, and review meetings. Maintain trackers for procurement savings, contracts, imports, logistics, and critical commercial initiatives. N
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Stores, Logistics, Production, QA, and Projects. N
- Record MOMs and monitorclosure of action items. N




- Draft qualified letters, reports, and presentations. N
- Maintain confidential records and commercial documentation Follow up on strategic projects and escalations. N
- Assist in budgeting andreview meetings. N
- Support digitalization and process improvement initiatives. N
- Qualificationn
- MBA/ PGDM (Preferred) N
- B.Com / BBA / Engineering Graduate with relevant experience may also be considered. N
- Experiencen
- 5—10 years as Executive Assistant, Business Coordinator, Commercial Coordinator, or PMO. N
- Experience in manufacturing, steel, mining, cement, or heavy engineering preferred. N
- Exposure to ERP systems(SAP preferred). N
