Client Partner - GCC Lead
Grassik is looking to build an internal GCC practice. We are looking for a high-energy, commercially sharp skilled to build and grow our GCC practice. This role is ideal for someone who has previously managed & hired for clients within the GCC ecosystem in India, and can translate client hiring needs into high-quality leadership and specialist talent solutions. Key responsibilities:
- Build, manage and expand relationships with GCC leaders, CHROs, functional heads and business stakeholders.
- Lead client acquisition, onboarding and account growth for new and existing GCC clients.
- Understand client business priorities, organization structures, workforce plans and hiring challenges; translate these into transparent search and talent-advisory strategies.
- Drive end-to-end execution for leadership and mid-to-senior hiring mandates, from role briefing and market mapping to candidate engagement, client coordination and closure.
- Create, lead,



& mentor a team of consultants to ensure high-quality delivery, speed and strong candidate experience.
- Own search strategy and ensure the team develops robust talent maps across priority GCC sectors, functions and locations.
- Represent the firm in client meetings, industry forums and GCC-related events; willingness to travel for client engagement is essential.

Role requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in executive search, recruitment consulting, talent advisory, or a similar client-facing talent role.
- At least 4 years of direct experience working with GCC clients, including managing mandates, stakeholder relationships and delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of the Indian GCC landscape, including key hiring hubs, talent pools, leadership structures and current demand areas.
