2. About the RoleWe are looking for an agile, high-output Brand and Visual Designer to establish and execute the visual identity for EMERGENCE '26 (November 17–21, 2026) across both our digital acquisition engine and on-ground summit environments.
In this sprint role, you will own the creative pipeline end-to-end: designing high-converting B2B performance ad creatives, editing kinetic short-form promotional reels, laying out sleek digital executive publications, and preparing high-impact venue signage. We value hands-on speed, modern tech aesthetics (dark mode, crisp typography, structural hierarchy), and clean execution over bureaucratic agency management.
3. What You Will Build & Own
- Executive Digital Booklets and Publications: Design sleek,



boardroom-ready digital publications as interactive PDFs and web documents:
- Executive Program Dossier: A high-end briefing document for C-suite attendees and corporate boards.
- Developer Prospectus: A structured curriculum and ROI overview for enterprise engineering sponsors.
- Sponsor Brief: A modular proposal deck detailing partner tiers and branding assets.
- High-Converting Performance Ad Creatives: Design high-CTR static, multi-slide carousel, and banner variants across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google to drive registrations for the Developer Bootcamp and Executive Retreat.
- Kinetic Motion and Short-Form Video: Edit and animate high-retention vertical reels (9:16) featuring agile on-screen typography, pacing, and visual hooks for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram.
- Figma Brand Systems and Presentation Master Decks: Build modular Figma component libraries, master pitch decks, social media kits, and brand assets to maintain unified visual identity
