This role sits on our India delivery team, working day-to-day under our UK Business Development lead to build the vendor and client relationships that turn our screened candidate pipeline into actual placements.

Role summaryWe're hiring a Business Development & Bench Sales Executive to work full-time under our UK BD lead with clear weekly and monthly targets. This is a hybrid, execution-focused role split roughly evenly between two things: (1) finding and building relationships with prime vendors, MSPs/VMS programmes, system integrators, and direct hiring managers who have real, open contract-staffing requirements, and (2) actively marketing our already-screened bench candidates against those specific requirements — submitting, following up, negotiating rates, and coordinating interviews.



You will work closely with our CV screening team so you always know exactly who's available and what their strongest-fit angle is.

Key responsibilitiesDemand generation (client & vendor side)
• Re-engage and deepen our existing client and panel relationships across the telecom and satellite/space sectors, alongside identifying and building relationships with current prime vendors, staffing MSPs, system integrators, and direct hiring managers who have recurring contract/staff-augmentation needs in our target sectors and geographies (UK, and India-delivery-model clients).
• Get SaVi3/DSK registered and active on relevant VMS/MSP panels (e.g. Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator) where accessible, and track panel status across all active and prospective panels in one place.
• Use AI-assisted and automation tools (e.g. LinkedIn/Sales Navigator automation, AI-assisted lead scraping and enrichment, AI-drafted and pers
