Job Description – Sales & Relationship Executive
Role Summary
The Wedding Sales & Customer Experience Executive will guide customers throughout their wedding shopping journey by understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role focuses on relationship building, personalized consultations, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities_Sales
- Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Calls, Instagram, Website, Email, and other sales channels.
- Understand customer requirements, wedding ceremonies, budget, and timelines.
- Recommend suitable products and curated wedding solutions.
- Convert enquiries into successful sales while achieving monthly targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain customer relationships until order completion.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, and Operations for smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates in the CRM.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely post-sales support.
- Stay updated on Pataaree products, wedding rituals,



and new collections.
- Collect customer feedback and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.
- Schedule consultations and follow-ups based on customer availability, including international (NRI) clients across different time zones whenever required.

Preferred Experience
