About BluePen AI BluePen AI is a screenless AI learning device for students. We want to help children learn with an AI teacher without the distraction of a mobile screen. We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who can visit schools, coaching centres, parents, and other potential customers to introduce BluePen AI and generate sales. Responsibilities Visit schools, coaching centres, education institutes, and potential customers. Demonstrate BluePen AI and explain how the product helps students learn without screen distraction. Generate leads and build relationships with school owners, teachers, parents, and education partners. Convert leads into product sales. Meet weekly and monthly sales targets. Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp. Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team. Represent BluePen AI at events, exhibitions, schools,



and education-related activities. Maintain records of meetings, leads, and sales. Qualifications Previous experience in field sales, education sales, edtech, or consumer products is preferred. Robust communication and people skills. Comfortable with visiting customers and travelling within Delhi NCR. Ability to demonstrate and explain a technology product in simple language. Comfortable working with sales targets. Self-driven and able to work independently. Hindi and English communication skills required. Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is a plus. What Success Looks Like Your main goal is simple: create sales for BluePen AI.
