Role Description The Student Relationship Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves guiding prospective and current students through the study abroad process, including responding to inquiries,



conducting consultations, and coordinating follow-up communication. The Student Relationship Officer will maintain accurate records of student interactions, support counseling sessions, and collaborate with training and admissions teams to ensure a smooth experience. Day-to-day tasks include handling walk-ins and scheduled appointments, explaining course and university options, assisting with application procedures, and supporting students through key milestones such as exam registration and pre-departure formalities. The role also requires proactively nurturing relationships, managing feedback, and contributing to outreach activities that strengthen student trust and satisfaction.
Qualifications
