nWeare looking for a GCC & GBS Design Director – F&A; Advisory to lead high-impact consulting engagements focused on the design, setup, transformation, and optimization of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and Global Business Services (GBS) for global enterprises.
NThe role will work closely with CXOs, CFOs, COOs, and GCC/GBS leaders, shaping operating models, location strategy, service portfolios, governance frameworks, transformation roadmaps, and measurable value-creation initiatives. The individual will also play a key role in business development, solutioning, thought leadership, and building high-performing consulting teams.
NExperience: 15+ years (relevant experience in F&A; consulting, transformation, or advisory;
higher relevant experience may be considered)
NLocation: Pan India




NEmployment Type: Full time
NCTC: Up to ₹50 LPA (based on experience and relevant expertise)

- Develop business cases and value-realization frameworks across cost, efficiency, scalability, controls, and experience N
- Lead complex engagements from problem definition through execution oversight N
- Drive client workshops,executive presentations, structured analysis, and strategic recommendations N
- Lead and support sales pursuits, RFP/RFI responses, solutioning, and proposal development N
