nWe are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across Channel Sales (Dealer & Distributor Network) and Rooftop EPC - C&I; Segment.
NKey Responsibilities

- Develop business through Dealer & Distributor networks and C&I; Rooftop Solar opportunities. N
- Identify and develop new channel partners, EPCs, corporate and industrial customers. N
- Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets. N
- Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships. N
- Prepare commercial proposals, support negotiations and drive order closures. N
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer requirements. N
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and current business opportunities. N
- Maintain sales MIS, forecasts, collections and regular business updates. N

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field. N

nExperience
n
- N
- 4-6 years of relevant sales/business development experience. N
- Experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, Electrical, EPC, Channel Sales or C&I; Rooftop Solar preferred. N
- Strong experience in B2B sales, channel development or project-based sales. N

- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills. N
- Business development and market-development capabilities. N
- Target-oriented approach with strong sales execution skills. N
- Good understanding of the Solar / Renewable Energy market. N
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region. N

nCandidates with experience in either Dealer & Distributor Network / Channel Sales or C&I; Rooftop EPC Sales will be preferred.
