NWe're looking for a Program Manager to drive high-impact initiatives across Rider Hiring, Supply, Reliability, Productivity, and Last Mile Operations.
NWhat you'll do:

- Drive strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams N
- Analyze rider supply-demand, operational performance, costs, and key KPIs N
- Build dashboards, reports, trackers, and performance scorecards N
- Identify operational gaps and drive data-backed solutions N
- Lead process improvement, automation, incentive optimization, and operational excellence initiatives N
- Manage pilots from execution to impact assessment and scale-up N
- Build SOPs, frameworks,and governance mechanisms N




- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership N

nWhat we're lookingfor:

- n
- 4–7 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy, Analytics, Supply, or Rider/Driver Sourcing N
- Experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Logistics, Mobility, or Marketplace preferred N
- Advanced Excel mandatory N
- SQL preferredn
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills N
- Experience managing cross-functional programs and pilots N
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, ambiguous environment N
