Role Description The Client Servicing Manager is responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This full time, in office role in Mumbai involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to plan and execute advertising and event projects.



Day-to-day tasks include handling client communications, preparing proposals and presentations, managing project timelines, and resolving issues or escalations. The role also requires monitoring project performance, gathering client feedback, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts and deepen relationships. The Client Servicing Manager is expected to maintain accurate documentation, support budgeting and invoicing processes, and contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery.
