NThe ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with engineering talent across various domains (mechanical, electrical, civil, software, etc.) for clients based in the United States.



A solid understanding of technical job requirements and the US hiring landscape is essential.

- End-to-end recruitment for engineering positions (Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Full-time) in the US. N
- Source candidates usingjob boards, LinkedIn, internal database, referrals, and other creative methods. N
- Review resumes and evaluate candidates for technical and professional suitability. N
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with clients. N
- Maintain candidate and job activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). N
- Negotiate pay rates andclose candidates within client budgets and expectations. N
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients. N
- Ensure compliance with US hiring practices, including work authorization (US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, TN, etc.). N
