NLocation: Gurgaon, India
NSalary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month (fixed) + Performance Incentives (up to ₹50,000/month)

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Club Manager to lead the club's daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure smooth coordination between all teams.
NKey Responsibilities:
NLead and train the sales team to drive gym membership sales
NCollaborate with the Fitness Manager and trainers to boost Personal Training (PT) revenue
NManage day-to-day club operations including facility upkeep, expenses, and vendor management
NHire, train, and oversee staff as needed (sales, housekeeping, etc.)
NEnsure excellent customerexperience and maintain gym decorum
NSupervise and support execution of local marketing initiatives and oversee social media presence




NTrack performance metricsand identify areas for growth or improvement
NEnsure alignment with Anytime Fitness brand standards and member expectations
NWho Should Apply?
nCandidates with minimum 2 years of experience in a sales/operations/management role
NPrior gym management experience is preferred, especially with chains like Anytime Fitness, Cult, Gold's Gym, etc.
NOpen to candidates from other industries such as hospitality or premium retail, with solid team leadership and customer service skills
NProactive, organized, data-driven, and people-friendly professionals
NMust be located within a commutable distance to Gurgaon or willing to relocate nearby
NStrong communication, grooming, and multi-tasking skills
