Role Description The Senior Interior Designer role is a full time, hybrid position based in Navi Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for leading interior design projects from concept through execution, including developing design concepts, space plans,



and mood boards; selecting finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment; and preparing detailed construction and presentation drawings. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients to understand requirements, translating preferences into cohesive design solutions, coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and overseeing on-site execution to ensure design integrity, quality, and timelines are maintained. The Senior Interior Designer will mentor junior team members, manage project documentation and schedules, and contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and processes. Qualifications Strong expertise in Interior Design and Architecture, with a portfolio demonstrating high-end residential and commercial projects.
