As we continue to expand across Europe, we're looking for a Sales Development Representative to help us build relationships with prospective enterprise customers. This is a full-time remote position. Our headquarters are in Dubai, but you can work from anywhere. About the Role We're looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is confident starting conversations with senior decision-makers, and is motivated by opening new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities for our commercial team by engaging with prospective customers,



understanding their needs, and introducing them to our platform. What You'll Do You will help grow Dandelion Civilization across the European market by: prospecting and contacting potential customers across Europe; making outbound calls and introducing our platform professionally and confidently; identifying and engaging with key decision-makers, including CEOs, HR Directors, Heads of Talent, Learning & Development leaders, and Operations Directors; explaining the value of our platform in a clear and relevant way; qualifying opportunities and arranging meetings for the Account Executive team; following up with prospects and building relationships over time; maintaining accurate records in the CRM; sharing customer feedback and market insights with the wider team.
