nWhat You'll Do

- Design and build interactive in-app content including Flows, Tasklists, Beacons, Tooltips, and Self-Help modules. N
- Collaborate with multinational stakeholders to understand business workflows, enterprise software, and user personas. N
- Drive digital adoption and help end-users seamlessly onboard and navigate complex applications. N

nWhat We're LookingFor

- n
- 2.5+ years of experience across Instructional Design, Content Creation, Technical Writing, Customer Success, or Software Development. N
- Familiarity with DAP tools (Whatfix experience is a strong plus). N
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. N
- Basic understanding of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is preferred. N
