Role: Sales Enablement

nExperience : 8-10 Years
nThe Sales Enablement professional will support business growth and strategic execution . The role brings together sales support, sales & pre-sales coordination, commercial preparation, business planning, market intelligence, legal & finance coordination and sales enablement content to strengthen existing geographies and support expansion into new markets.
nKey Responsibilities

- Support business enhancement initiatives in existing geographies and business development efforts in markets targeted for expansion.n
- Coordinate sales support activities, including commercial preparation, proposal inputs, and internal follow-ups.n
- Contribute to RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses by coordinating inputs, structuring content, and supporting timely submissions.n
- Participate in solutioning, product fitment discussions, prospect demonstrations, and preparation of demonstration assets.n
- Prepare and monitor business plans, checkpoints, sales calendars, commitments, and agreed action items.n




- Conduct secondary market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity assessment to support strategic decision-making.n
- Contribute to the creation of recent strategies and niche offerings aligned with market and customer requirements.n
- Develop and maintain sales enablement resources, including presentations, demonstration materials, and marketing collateral.n
- Support marking activities and other market engagement initiatives in coordination with sales, pre-sales, product, and marketing stakeholders.n

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.n
