Mizuho Global Services (MGS) is seeking a hands-on PingFederate Operations Engineer to support the day-to-day operation, administration, and continuous improvement of enterprise federation services supporting Mizuho‘s global identity and access management program. The role is responsible for maintaining secure and reliable Single Sign-On (SSO), federation, and authentication services while supporting application onboarding, operational support, troubleshooting, and platform stability.
The successful candidate will partner with IAM Operations, IAM Engineering, Application Teams, Infrastructure, Security, and Technology Operations teams to ensure secure, resilient, and compliant authentication services across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and support PingFederate and related federation services, ensuring platform availability, performance, and security.
- Configure and maintain SSO and federation integrations utilizing SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and other authentication protocols.
- Support onboarding of new applications, APIs, cloud services, and business platforms into the enterprise federation setting.
- Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, federation, certificate, metadata, and trust relationship issues while ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
