Job Role: TV Ad Sales – Retail Clients

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Drive advertising revenue for Republic TV’s linear channels by identifying and acquiring new retail clients and direct advertisers across relevant categories.
- Develop and grow business with retail brands through up-selling, cross-selling, and customized media solutions.
- Identify high-potential retail accounts, regional brands, dealer networks, and emerging businesses to build a robust revenue pipeline.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.

2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail brands, business owners, marketing heads, brand managers, and decision-makers.
- Understand clients’ business objectives, target audiences,



promotional calendars, and marketing requirements.
- Develop long-term partnerships with key retail accounts and identify opportunities for repeat and incremental business.
- Act as a trusted media partner by providing relevant market insights and advertising solutions.

3. Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop account-level sales strategies for key retail clients and implement plans to maximize revenue.
- Identify opportunities around festive seasons, retail launches, regional campaigns, store openings, sales events, and promotional periods.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, consumer behaviour, and emerging retail categories to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present customized media proposals and solutions based on client requirements.

4. Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams including Programming, Traffic, Operations, Creative, and Marketing to ensure s
