nPOSITION
nTechnical Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Manager
nTEst and Measurement | Defence Electronics | RF & Microwave | Test & Measurement | EW | Counter-UAS | Radar | Solutions
nExperience: 3–10 Years
n

nQualification:
nB.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Instrumentation or related engineering discipline.
n

nMBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing or Business Development will be an added advantage.
n

nROLE OBJECTIVE
nThe candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, understanding customer applications and technical requirements, proposing suitable products/solutions, coordinating with OEMs and internal Engineering teams, preparing techno-commercial proposals,



conducting demonstrations and managing opportunities through order closure.
nThe role covers both system/solution selling and Test & Measurement equipment sales.
n

nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n• Identify and develop business opportunities across Defence, Aerospace, DRDO, DPSUs, Government laboratories, R&D; organizations, academic institutions, telecom, electronics and strategic technology customers.
n• Understand customer applications, technical requirements and test objectives.
n• Recommend appropriate Test & Measurement equipment and system solutions based on customer requirements.
n• Conduct technical discussions, product presentations and demonstrations.
n• Prepare technical proposals, compliance statements, solution architectures, budgetary quotations and techno-commercial offers.
n• Review RFQs, RFPs, tenders and GeM opportunities.
