nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a Graphic Designer who can lead design thinking and execution across multiple accounts, including government and political campaigns. This role needs strong conceptual ability, solid design skills, campaign understanding, and the ability to maintain high creative quality across outputs. The person should be able to think beyond single creatives and contribute to larger campaign communication.

- Lead visual direction for social media campaigns and digital communicationn
- Create strong and scalable design systems for brands and campaign needsn
- Design creatives for social media, digital campaigns, announcements, public communication, and brand contentn
- Oversee content calendar creatives and maintain output quality across formatsn
- Work closely with strategy, copy, and video teams to build strong campaign communicationn
- Review and guide junior and mid-level designers on design quality,



layout, and executionn
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance in sensitive communication materialn
- Explore and improve new content formats such as Reels, Shorts, YouTube creatives, and AI-led design outputsn
- Maintain strong visual hierarchy, brand consistency, and platform relevance in all workn

nRequired Skills

- Strong design fundamentals in layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and compositionn
- Good understanding of social media design, campaign creatives, and digital communicationn
- Ability to simplify serious or complex topics into strong visual communicationn
- Robust conceptual thinking with practical execution understandingn
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDraw, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignn
- Working knowledge of motion/video-friendly design formatsn
- Basic understanding of AI tools for creative support and faster execut
