Role Description The Presales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune District. The Presales Executive will handle incoming leads, qualify prospects, and provide detailed information on Falcon Realty’s projects, offerings, and pricing. Daily responsibilities include engaging with potential clients via calls, messages, and in-person meetings, maintaining accurate records of interactions,



and coordinating site visits to project locations. The role involves preparing basic proposals or responses to client queries, supporting the sales team with presales documentation, and ensuring a smooth handover of qualified leads for closure. The Presales Executive is expected to collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and consultancy teams to deliver a positive client experience and support revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong lead generation and prospecting skills, with the ability to identify and qualify potential clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated sales and presales capabilities, including supporting deal closure and presenting project details effectively.
