Role Description The Healthcare AI Platform Growth Lead is a full time remote role responsible for driving adoption, usage, and expansion of HEALTHFLO’s AI solutions within hospitals and clinics. Day-to-day work includes defining and executing growth strategies, mapping customer journeys, and identifying high-impact use cases for AI in clinical and operational workflows.



The role involves collaborating with healthcare stakeholders to understand their needs, translating those needs into platform enhancements, and coordinating with product, engineering, and customer success teams. The Growth Lead will analyze platform usage data, design and run experiments, and develop playbooks and training content to help clients integrate AI tools into daily practice. This position also includes building strategic partnerships, supporting sales efforts with healthcare-specific insights, and continuously refining value propositions to ensure sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess healthcare-related skills and experience, such as Medicine and Healthcare domain familiarity.
