Support the transformation and digitization of balance-sheet reconciliation and manual journal processes through the Black Line Saa S platform. Lead and manage the Black Line System Administrator team, including task allocation, guidance, mentoring and performance monitoring. Maintain and configure the Black Line platform in line with business requirements. Administer system settings, user permissions, access controls and user profiles. Maintain Black Line master data, including charts of accounts and mapping tables. Conduct audits and validation checks to maintain data consistency and integrity. Monitor compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and security standards. Develop management reports and KPIs covering reconciliation status, outstanding actions and process efficiency. Configure and manage reconciliation workflows, including in-transit runs. Deliver Black Line training and ongoing technical support to users.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across GBS, finance and control teams. Identify opportunities to improve process speed, quality and efficiency. Skillset
