Business Development Executive (Legal & Accounting services)

About the Role

We're looking for someone who understands law but thinks like a business person. This is a client-facing sales role where your legal background becomes your biggest advantage helping you build trust, communicate value, and close high-quality global clients. You won't just "sell services" you'll bridge the gap between legal expertise and business needs.

What You'll Do
Identify and engage potential clients globally (startups, founders, MNCs, investors) Pitch legal services in a clear, business-first manner (not legal jargon-heavy) Understand client requirements and align them with the firm's offerings Work closely with the legal team to structure proposals and solutions Build and maintain long-term client relationships Drive inbound + outbound sales efforts (Linked In, email, referrals, networks) Represent the firm in a professional,



confident, and consultative manner Who You Are
1–4 years of experience in sales / business development / client-facing roles (legal exposure is a big plus) Strong communication skills especially with international clients Confident, proactive, and comfortable owning conversations end-to-end Someone who enjoys closing deals as much as understanding the law What Makes This Role Engaging Work with clients across 25+ countries
