Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver sales targets, revenue and growth for the Human Nutrition portfolio Develop and execute the national/regional sales strategy for nutrition ingredients Build, manage and expand the dealer, distributor and channel network Identify, engage and convert new clients (nutraceutical brands, supplement manufacturers, food & beverage companies, contract manufacturers) Manage key accounts and strengthen relationships with existing customers Track market trends, regulatory developments, competitor activity and pricing Coordinate with marketing, technical/R& D and supply teams to close deals Maintain and update pipeline,



forecasts and account data in CRM tools Report sales performance, metrics and market insights to management Industry Knowledge (Human Nutrition)
Hands-on experience selling human nutrition / nutraceutical ingredients Robust understanding of ingredients used across supplements, functional foods and beverages (vitamins, minerals, amino acids, proteins, botanicals, probiotics, specialty actives) Established network within the nutraceutical/supplement dealer and distributor ecosystem Knowledge of key brands, clients and buyers in the space Awareness of latest market trends, formulation needs and regulatory requirements (FSSAI and relevant standards) Requirements
Minimum 4 years of sales experience in Human Nutrition / Nutraceutical / Dietary Supplement ingredients or relevant industry Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts Existing network of clients, dealers and distributor
