- Documentation Reporting: Maintain, update, and track project plans, documents, and deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule, facilitate, and take minutes for project team and stakeholder meetings.
- Project Monitoring: Track project performance metrics, milestones, and risks, assisting in mitigation strategies.
- Administrative Support: Support project managers with resource scheduling, budget tracking, and data entry in PMO tools.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between team members and stakeholders to ensure information flow.
