Preparation of journal entries for timely and accurate vendor

payments.

Updating and maintaining the vendor master database in the

accounting system.

Ensuring correct TDS deductions during vendor payments and

preparing data for quarterly e-TDS filings.

Preparation of journal entries for branch petty cash and employee

payments.

Timely preparation and maintenance of employee reimbursement

records.

Daily preparation and updating of petty cash records.

Periodic maintenance and updating of Cash & Bank records and

the Investment Register.

Preparation of daily Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).





Assisting in preparation of monthly GST workings and GST returns.

Supporting compliance with TDS requirements and quarterly

filings.

Maintenance of accurate books of accounts including petty cash,

bank reconciliation, and investment records.

Ensuring completeness and accuracy of all accounting entries.

Preparation of MIS reports as required by management.

Providing support for various finance-related reports and analysis.

Supporting the Finance function in day-to-day operations.

Assisting team members as and when required to ensure smooth
