Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide academic guidance to students on various courses, colleges, and universities.
- Conduct telecalling sessions with potential clients to understand their educational needs and preferences.
- Develop sales strategies to meet targets and achieve revenue goals through effective communication with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
Job Requirements :
- 2-10 years of experience in B2C Sales or Inside Sales role.
- Solid Communication Skills for effective telecalling conversations with clients.
- Experience in Consultative Sales or Academic Counselling preferred but not mandatory.
