We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Lead Staffing to manage and guide
the recruitment team in delivering quality hiring solutions. The ideal candidate should have
robust leadership skills, hands-on experience in staffing/recruitment, and the ability to drive team
performance while ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve individual and team hiring targets.
• Allocate requirements among team members and monitor daily recruitment activities.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions when required.
• Coordinate with clients to understand hiring needs and ensure timely delivery.
• Train, mentor, and motivate recruiters to improve performance and productivity.
• Track team performance metrics such as submissions, interviews, closures, and revenue.
• Ensure quality profiles are shared within defined TAT.




• Resolve team challenges and provide strategic solutions to improve hiring efficiency.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth communication.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with management.

• Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and staffing process
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in staffing/recruitment
• Prior experience as a Team Lead in staffing or consultancy preferred
• Experience in handling a team in a domestic recruitment consulting firm
• Graduation in any discipline
