Associate Consultant-National-Forensics-ASU - Forensics - Investigations & Compliance - Noida

Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Handle client queries and provide timely case status updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure SLA adherence
- Track verification cases and manage escalations effectively
- Prepare MIS reports, client dashboards, and performance updates
- Support client onboarding and process implementation
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and data privacy guidelines

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce

Experience
- Customer Success Management (3+ years)
