Roles and Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end production of Cobots, Quadruped Robots, Autonomous Platforms, and other advanced robotic systems
- Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet delivery commitments.
- Lead the assembly of high-precision robotic systems including actuators, motors, gearboxes, sensors, harnesses, batteries, and control systems
- Ensure production schedules are achieved while maintaining safety, quality, and cost targets.
- Monitor manufacturing KPIs including throughput, productivity, OEE, cycle time, and schedule adherence.
- Manage the Monthly Material planning and inventory level of products and ensure smooth material availability, track critical components and manage supply risks proactively.
- Develop assembly processes, work instructions, SOPs, tooling requirements, and manufacturing fixtures.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Vendors to avoid shortages and production disruptions.
- Drive inventory accuracy, stock optimization, and material traceability.
- Purchase request generation in SAP, Production order closing in SAP, Other SAP related work related to Production.
- Support NPI (New Product Introduction) from early concept through pilot and mass production




- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure on-time prototype builds, testing, and iteration closure

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Production, Assembly line, who has worked in EV(Automobile) manufacturing companies, Cobot manufacturing companies like UR, Fanuc, Kuka etc.
- Robust understanding of mechanical design principles related to robotics, mechatronics, and precision assemblies.
- Ability to interpret and review engineering drawings, GD&T;, tolerance stack-ups, and manufacturing specifications.
- Work closely with Design and R&D; teams to drive Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and Design for Serviceability initiatives. Support NPI (New Product Introduction), prototype builds, validation builds, and production ramp-up activities.
- Understanding of robotic subsystems including actuators, gearboxes, motors, sensors, controllers, batteries, harnesses, and embedded electronics.
- Experience in Engineering Change Management (ECN/ECR) processes. Exposure to ERP / PLM systems for BOM and supplier management. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma / DFM/DFA principles.
